Finals will be held at CUNY's CityTech in Brooklyn on Friday, June 2.

and FILMMAKING
This year, in the new category T-SHIRT DESIGN, the winning work will be produced on shirts that will be handed out at the Competition.
NYCPS CTE teachers in graphics, media and design programs should select two Finalists per category plus up to four Supplements to be submitted through the Competition web site.

On the day of the event, finalists will be assigned themes that they must produce entirely on-site within the four-hour competition time limit. Judges from colleges and industry pick the First, Second, and Third Place winners in each category. Trophies and prizes are awarded to the Winners and to the First-Place schools.
Finalists in the FILMMAKING category submit their projects ahead of the event and compete in pitching their films to a panel of judges. Most categories are solo contests, but VIDEO PRODUCTION and FILMMAKING teams of up to three students each are permitted. The schedule, details, and rubrics for all categories are posted on the Competition web site.
All New York City public high school students participating in a graphics, media and design program are eligible to compete.
